1. How do I sign up?

You can sign up to iStockPixel.com by finding the "sign up" link on the middle area of our website, click on it. You will be shown a Sign Up form. Fill that out to the best of your ability, and click on "sign up". You may login without sign up, using Twitter, Facebook, VK, or Instagram. It's that easy! Please read more about Terms and Conditions. If at any time the Terms and Conditions Agreement are no longer acceptable to you, you should immediately stop using the membership portions of iStockPixel.com.

2. Are you offer a refund?

No, we are NOT. Purchased images are non-refundable, all sales are FINAL.

3. Where do your images come from?

iStockPixel.com images are either created by us, or they were created by photographers who are family and friends, or photographers registered to our website. All the image with logos or people will have Model Property Release, without Model Property Release, the image will be in Editorial License. You can use the images with confidence that we have kept all Model Property Release.

4. What can I do with your images that I can't do with the images from other stock sites?

Our Extended Royalty-Free licensing is the same as other stock sites, but with cheap price. Extended Royalty-Free License basically means that you pay once to use a particular image, then do not pay any further "royalties" on that image for your commercial purpose. Multi-seat with unlimited users, unlimited items for resale, unlimited electronic items for resale within your organization. Our Extended license means that you pay for the image once, just like other stock houses. After that, you are allowed to do the following with your purchased image - and yes, you may create digital or physical products for resale. Please see Grant of License/Use of Content

We have done our best to make sure you are getting the best possible licensing we can give you for stock images. Obviously our prohibited uses are written to include things that are illegal, immoral etc. Of course we don't want you giving our images away, nor do we wish to see one of our images turned into porn for example. Just use common sense, know your rights, and be confident that we are here to help you out as an image buyer!
