We understand that privacy online is very important when we are conducting business online. This statement explains security policies to our users of the site ("Visitors"), visit without registration; and visitors who register as members on the site and use of the various services offered by istockpixel.com ("Members"). We are committed to respect and protect users' information as we protected our information.

We collect additional information from our members: names, addresses, telephone and fax numbers, email addresses, PayPal accounts, and the nature and size of stock image inventory that the members intend to buy or sell. We will collect PII of users only if they voluntarily submit information to us. Users can always refuse to supply PII, except that it may prevent them from participating in activities related to certain functions of the site.

When do we collect information?
We collect information from you when you register on our website, order or enter information on our website, when you upload images, or if you voluntarily provide it via email for the purpose of withholding tax. We also collect your name from you when you log on to our web site through social networks like Facebook, Twitter, VK, Instagram. You may have to enter other personal identifiable information to our site, including, but not limited to, name, address, telephone and fax numbers, email addresses, and PayPal accounts. Social network login is convenient and secured, but we don't have any control to the apps provided by social networks.

What organizations are collecting the information?
In addition to our direct collection of information, our third party service vendors (such as PayPal) who may provide such services as credit card payment, or direct payment from registered PayPal account, may collect this information from Visitors and our Members. We do not have any control how the PayPal use such information, please read PayPal Privacy Policy here. Other third parties may be intermediaries that act only as links in the distribution chain, and do not store, retain, or use the information given to them.

How the site uses your PII?
We use PII to customize the website, to make appropriate service offerings, and to make a purchase and selling requests on the website. We may email Visitors and Members about purchasing and selling opportunities on the site or the information relating to the subject matter of the site. We also may use PII to contact Visitors and Members in response to specific inquiries, or to provide requested information. If you are a Seller or Affiliate, we may use your other PII such as social security number or federal identification number, to compensate you and prepare Form 1099 at the end of the year. We may use login information, including, but not limited to, IP addresses, ISPs, and browser types, analyze trends, track Members' uses of the site, and gather broad demographic information.

With whom may the information may be shared?
PII of Members will not be shared with any outside parties. However, we may share aggregated information about our Visitors, including the demographics of Visitors and our Members, with our affiliated agencies and third party vendors. We also offer the opportunity to "opt-out" of receiving information or being contacted by us or by any agency acting on our behalf.

How is PII stored and the Site keeps PII secure?
PII collected by istockpixel.com be safely stored and is not accessible to third parties or employees of istockpixel.com except for use as indicated above. All of our employees are familiar with this Privacy Policy and our practice. NPII and PII of our Visitors and Members are only accessible to a limited number of qualified employees are given a password to access the information, and are required to keep the information confidential. We conducted our audit of security systems and processes on a regular basis. Sensitive information, such as email, username, password, Paypal, are encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Any exchange information between you and the site is securely encrypted. Seller or Affiliate PII such as driver's licenses, ID cards, social security numbers, or federal identification number are not stored on our web site or hosting servers, even the website was protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, we do not hold sensitive information on the site; we store these particular information in a special encrypted computer hard drive using BestCrypt, a commercial disk encryption program from Europe with no backdoor algorithm, this data protection software was used in the White House to protect sensitive information for the US government. We prepare your tax Form 1099 in house, which mean we don't send your PII out to another company for processing it. We implement a variety of security measures when a Member places order enters, submits, or accesses to the information to maintain the safety of his/ her PII. All transactions are processed through PayPal and are not stored or processed on our servers.While we use all commercially reasonable measures to maintain a secure site, electronic communications and database are subject to errors, tampering and break-ins, and we cannot guarantee that such events will not take place and we will not be liable to visitors or members for any such incidents. In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices, when a data breach occur, we will notify the users via in site notification within 7 business days. We also agree to the individual redress principle, which requires that individuals have a right to pursue legally enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law. This principle requires not only that individuals have enforceable rights against data users, but also that individuals have recourse to the courts or a government agency to investigate and/or prosecute non-compliance by data processors.

What choices are available to Visitors and Members regarding collection, use and distribution of the information?
Visitors and Members can choose not to receive unsolicited information from or being contacted by us and/or our vendors and affiliated agencies by responding to the emails as instructed, or by contacting us at privacy@istockpixel.com. In accordance with CAN-SPAM Act, we agree to the following:
• Do not misuse, or misleading subjects or e-mail address
• Identify the message as an advertisement in any reasonable manner
• Include the physical address of our business or website address
• Monitoring of email marketing services for compliance, if used
• Honor opt-out / unsubscribe requests quickly
• Allows users to unsubscribe by replying to our email with the subject "Unsubscribe"
• If at any time you wish to unsubscribe from future mailings, you may email us at privacy@istockpixel.com and we will promptly remove you from all correspondence.

We use cookies on our site. Can Members delete or deactivate PII collected by the Site?
We provide Members with an option to delete/disable PII from the database of the site by contacting privacy@istockpixel.com. However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a Visitor's entry without retaining some residual information. An individual who requests to have PII deactivated will have this information functionally deleted; and we will not sell, transfer, or use of PII related to that individual in any way moving forward.

Third Party Disclosure
We do not allow third party behavioral tracking. We honor do-not-track-signals, and do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT) browser mechanism is in place. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your PII. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, operate our business, or serve you, as long as the parties agree to keep this information confidential. We also may disclose your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or other's rights, properties, or safety of others. However, NPII may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) is the first state law in the US requires commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy, and to comply with this Act, we agree to the following:
• Users may visit our site anonymously.
• Visitors and Members will be notified of any changes privacy policy on our Privacy Policy page with the updated date at the bottom of this page
• Members can change their PII by logging into their accounts
• Members may contact us to update PII or to correct any inaccuracies by emailing us at privacy@istockpixel.com

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
When it comes to collecting PII from children under 13 years of age, the Children Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) put parents in controls. The Federal Trade Commission, the agency's consumer protection national implementation of COPPA rules, which specify what the site operators and online services must do to protect children's privacy and safety online. We do not specifically market to children under 18 years of age. Members are required to be eighteen years or older. If you know any Member on our site is under eighteen years old, please notify us at privacy@istockpixel.com; we will verify, and ask for proof of age from the Member; without the proof, we will remove the account from our website.
